I had a really lovely meeting with Lu (of Container and also my tutor from this last year) up in Shoreditch earlier this week at Boxpark. (Which was a super cute place actually, we went to Foxcroft & Ginger for a lovely breakfast tea… and then funnily enough, I headed off to Gosh! Comics in the afternoon - to find another Foxcroft & Ginger in Berwick Street!) ^^
It was really useful though because I got some tips on how to work on this book I have to make (ugh, still struggling two months on, I mean really…!) And she’s working on a similar topic to me for a conference, so whilst she’s busy planning that, I just need to get on researching for our next meeting. I’m hoping to get an interview too but it’ll be useful to discuss this all with someone else - so I’m very glad she’s happy to see me!
